In this workshop, educators evaluate their service's progress towards meeting the EYLF, including programming and documentation. Educators identify the changes they need to make, and decide how best to introduce them. The workshop is highly interactive and hands on.

The EYLF: Programming and documentation made easy
This workshop covers the programming and documentation requirements of the EYLF. It focuses on the changes that educators may need to make to meet these requirements. It suggests ways that educators can document the program by devising their own formats. It also shares EYLF templates educators can use as is, or can personalise and adapt to meet their own individual needs and personal preferences.
The EYLF: Putting it into practice
This workshop provides the information educators need to implement the EYLF. It looks at what is different about the EYLF, and the changes educators will need to make to meet its requirements. It addresses: terminology; learning environments; reflective practice; intentional teaching; and, aspects of documentation.

Child care is highly regulated (i.e. our work is intensely scrutinised). However, the logistics of the way legislation is administered and the role of officers monitoring/evaluating the day-to-day operations of services is often misunderstood.
